Kai is co-founder and principal at Alinea & Company. Together with Marcus, he developed a “new train of thought” (Latin: Alinea) after years in strategy and management consulting and founded Alinea. His passion lies in organizational development and methods for rigorously aligning a company with a specific goal. His projects have taken him to organizations across a range of industries: financial services, travel & transport, retail, and life sciences. Prior to that, Kai earned his M.Sc. in Economics from Heidelberg University.

He loves spending his free time with his family. And sometimes, you can find him at a Formula 1 race track.
