Marcus is co-founder and managing director of Alinea & Company. Together with Kai, he developed a “new way of thinking” after years in strategy and management consulting and founded Alinea.

Marcus supports companies in rigorously aligning their business models with customer value creation. He is driven by the sustainable anchoring of value- and results-oriented working methods in his clients' day-to-day operations. His projects have included advising clients in the telecommunications & technology, pharmaceutical, and energy industries. He holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg.

Marcus enjoys spending his free time on, in, or under the water: sailing, at the beach, or diving.
